Our concern for building a quality dog trainer is backed by our warranty. We warrant dog trainers for a period of one year from the date of purchase to repair or replace, at our option, any part defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty specifically excludes any labor incurred for replacement. We disclaim liability for any customer alterations, repairs or assembly, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from misuse or abuse. Routine inspections and preventative maintenance are the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure a hazard free product.
