Product Guarantee

Our concern for building quality pet products is backed by our warranty. We warrant our products for a period of one year from the date of purchase to repair or replace, at our option, any part defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty specifically excludes any labor incurred for replacement. We disclaim liability for any customer alterations, repairs or assembly, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from misuse or abuse.

The purchaser is responsible for choosing a structure appropriate for the intended use. Routine inspections and preventative maintenance are the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure a hazard free product. This warranty excludes any incidental and consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. We reserve the right to improve, alter, or discontinue specifications and designs without notice.

Dogs, rabbits, and other small animals have a natural tendency to gnaw and chew on their surroundings. A healthy, happy dog or bunny should have several toys to chew on and gnaw to their heart's content. If the animal doesn't have a chew toy to occupy it's time, it will start to gnaw on the wood of its home. This product is not warranted against your animal gnawing on the wood.
