Product Guarantee
This product has a one-year Manufacturers warranty, covering workmanship and material quality. The Manufacturer will replace any products if found to be defective within one year of normal use shipping cost not included. Damages from improper anchoring, strong winds, snow or ice are not considered defects. CarportsUSA.com does not guarantee these canopies in snow or ice under any circumstances. These canopies are designed to protect against damages caused by the sun, rain, tree sap, birds, etc. If your canopy is not anchored securely, it will fly away. If your canopy takes flight we will not send free replacements. Anchoring is your responsibility. We offer several types of anchoring kits. Our customer service department will be able to help you with a warranty claim.
