I use it in the yard to keep my puppy away from the rose bushes and oleander...she likes to bite on both..even when she gets hurt....now I can leave her and do my yardwork without having to watch...after one day...she loves it...play's and runs and relaxes...it's awesome....

I have owned and shown giant sighthounds for years, and done rescue for many others. I live by X-pens. Any long time dog owner/breeder has multiples of these. An essential item for controlling house traffic, containment with relatively obedient dogs to begin with, and just general safety. Always easy to fold and move around. Of course they get heavier as they are taller, and your dog needs to comfortable staying in one, as it is not like using a closed kennel. I have also found this to be great for separating panels as needed and bungied behind front car seats for a barrier. Saves on buying one of those.

The excersise pen with the top and sunscreen is great! It keeps my 9 week old Aussie happily outside or in "time out" to give his Grand Uncle a break from being herded. Set up is easy as is take down and it can be transported relatively easily.

Deliveries from all Hayneedle products come quickly - within 48 hrs without 2 or 3 day shipping. The first pen, unfortunately, was damaged in shipping, but a replacement was on its way the same day I called. Service is an A+!

I actually need to order one more so that my 3 small dogs can really enjoy it. It is easy to assemble, nothing to it actually, lightweight yet sturdy enough to hold my fur babies. Better than being on long cables and harnesses and collars. I can be outside gardening and not have any worries. Yes definitely will be purchasing one more as I'm gettig married in 3 weeks and I want them with us but in their own space so they can enjoy the day as well. Great buy. I would recommend to anyone looking for a safe and secure way to have their pets outside with them.

Using the stakes made it way more secure. I have my siberian husky using the pen and so far she's staying in(have two together) Great way to get her outside, pen's very easy to assemble and move around.
