Constructed of fir this dog house is well insulated and built to withstand humidity and extreme temperatures. The natural insulating feature of wood is 2 to 5 times higher than any other material use in pet home construction. It's finished in naturally colored stains so it will look great anywhere. The raised base keeps your dog off of the cold or damp ground so he'll stay warmer. A see-through door on the side of the house provides ventilation and helps him keep an eye on his surroundings. Your dog will appreciate that and you'll appreciate how the removable roof and floor panels make it easy to clean. In addition to a raised base, the roofed porch offers shade and protects your pet from rainy days.

With simple instructions and all hardware included, assembly time is approximately 20 minutes with a Phillips screwdriver.

house is great size for 3 teacup chihuahuas. The just were moved out of the house for the first time in years and they adapted to the new house well.

I got this dog house for just under $200, so you cannot beat it. For the price, it is a great value. Assembly took about an hour and was easy. Dog house had some wood chips, etc. because of its soft wood construction. If you want perfection, it probably isn't for you. But it is close to perfect for the price as I said. So far the dog has not taken to it but it is the first day. Overall a great buy.
