Description

It's classic, durable, and comfortable. What more could you and your dog ask for? The Hayneedle Habitats Country Lodge Doghouse with Heater has a classic A-frame design and features a raised panel floor to keep your pup off the cold, wet ground. This also allows for better air circulation in hot months. And in the winter, the thermostatically controlled 150-watt heater will heat the house within a range of 32 cubic feet. Heat shields will protect your pup from getting burned. The house is constructed of durable fir wood in a rich walnut finish. There are sizes available for all types of dogs. Heater dimensions: 10W x 4.5D x 10.5H inches.

    I bOught this dog house for my inside dog to start staying out side once she learned what it was she likes it it keeps her warm and dry she is cOld natured and stays in it a lot best buy ever would have done a long time ago would definite by other dog house from here and looking forward to purchasing more items Oh and very friendly sales people not pushy and take time to answer questions and it ships really quick

      We have grown attached to a feral cat and he now depends on us to feed him. In CT cold winter nights are coming so we bought this plus the heater to place on our deck so he will have shelter and warmth. This is a joint project of mine and my husband. We have 3 indoor cats. We are working to tame and socialize him so we can get him neutered and cleaned up and shots. At this time we don't know if we will ever be able to have him come indoors but with this 'cat' house at least he will be 'home' on our deck.

      Just could use some better wood and it came with some holes in it. some edges broken off and you will need to buy screws to mount the heater it does not come with them. But overall if its not a very heavy or large dog using it i think it will last quite some time. the floor i screwed down made my own holes and the roof with the pre-drilled holes some did not line up and i had two that were in the middle that did not do anything. heater is quiet and works good. The preassembled floor boards had some boards spaced out a little too much and if at the right angle a puppy nail could get caught if they are running out and excited i covered the floor. Set up was like 5 minutes once we went and bought more screws and the ones it did not come with. but great product for price and would do it again i just gave everything in case some others would have that stuff bother them.
