    Spring mechanism gave out

    Comments about Small Plexidor Pet Door:

    I loved the look of the door and my dog used it, but after about one month, the spring mechanism gave out and the door did not return to its original position. I was very disappointed. It was working fine until then. I thought this door would last for years. I will return for a replacement and try another, but only one more try.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
