This crate is very small. The KennelAire brand was very good years ago. The measurements given are outside dimensions, take off 2 inches all around and those are the inside where the dog needs to fit. Very long, narrow and not very high with a very narrow doorway. My Papillon would not fit. I replaced it with another brand. Absoutely perfect size and very sturdy.
