            The holes in the door where the latch pins drop down are too small. THey have to be drilled out so the door pins drop into place with out having to force them into correct position

            Service and delivery comments:

            These large crates need better packing. I ordered a total of 5 crates & 3 arrived with damage. A broken door, smashed door frame, cracked corner, broken water cup. The use of cardboard or styrofoam corner padding would have helped certainly help. There is no reason that these items shippind 269 miles from fort worth to houston should arrive in such poor conditon. Customer service is very easy to work with ... just wish I hadn't had to call for all these to be returned.

            Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

              The service was excellent. The delivery was exactly as agreed. The timing was critical because I had scheduled a plane flight and my carrier was stolen. The delivery was made in advance time to make my flight.
