Your Customer Service Rep who accommodated our purchase should be the standard by whcih you evaluate all your employees.
Our original purchase was damaged in shipping and it was replaced without question ot hesitation.
Growing up in Brooklyn, NY, the unwritten tenth commandment is "Thou shall trust no one".
I was'nt asked to return the damaged tray and I was taken at my word. (Something unusual for Northeast vendors.)
You (through your C.S. Rep has made me a customer for life.)
If you have a full catalogue, I would like a copy.

Although lightweight, my dog would not walk on the pan in her kennel until I placed a plywood base under it to prevent bending. Unfortunately there are no metal pans available.

I was disappointed that the tray didn't exactly fit the dimensions of my kennel, even though it is the measurement i needed. i run a small grooming/boarding/retail pet business and have already had to replace it because dogs chew on the corners and have been known to actually pull it up and crack it. the tray that actually came with the kennel (great dane size) lasted 3 years, this one only lasted 1 month. i'm ordering again because i can't find another one that comes close to fitting.

This crate pan was billed as fitting both the older Midwest 99 crate and the newer 1154. I only have Midwest 99s so can't easily compare, but apparently they are not quite the same size. This pan is about an inch and a half narrower than the one that came with the 99, and I had to fill the gap with lumber to prevent the pan sliding around or a dog catching a toe between the pan and the crate wires.

I'm sure this pan fits the 1154 crate just fine, but 99 users should be aware that it's a marginal replacement for their crates.
