I was initially worried when I purchased this bed because I had in the past the fleece version which shed little white fleece balls all over my carpet. I went ahead and purchased the gray fur one because I knew my dog loved his other one, it was comfortable, fit nicely in the cage, was really easy to wash (no messy stuffing to take out) and honestly it was the only bed he wouldn't chew. After talking with customer service, I was assured that they had no complaints about shedding from the synthetic fur ones so I made the purchase. So far, so good. No shedding and my dog, Amigo, has cuddled up to this one just like his last Quiet Time dog bed.

The product is being used as the liner in the dog crate. She seems to like it but, I did put a blanket down in the middle of the dog bed for more comfort. I have had to wash it once and ended up just spot washing it because I was afraid that it wouldn't last a machine wash.

    Just got 2 of these beds top use in my living room. I wanted something that would be easier to wash in my machine. Quality is good. I would have given them 5 stars, but haven't seen how they look after a wash.

          we had a cage for our lil Schitz zu that we had to bend down and get her out of. It was a pain and our 3 year old couldn't let her out. Now with this product the door functions wonderfully and our son can help let her out in the morning after a nights sleep. Our dog is 3 years old and thought this new bed would be hard or her to adjust to but she LOVES IT! and so do we!
